I had Requested and paid money for new broadband connection. They promised to install with in 3 days. After payment no one is responding, Even not raising for refund, If we call the customer care they are listening and disconnecting the call before raising the refund. They are cheating the users for their sales. Please donot choose the Hathaway ever.
