I recently shifted from BSNL to hathway. For 3 months it was good. Speed was good. Connectivity was good too. Suddenly, from 4th month after I renewed by subscription, I noticed speed was not good. When I tested the speed it was mere 0.7 Mbps while my plan was 50 mbps.
When confronted with, the support claims that I used all my 15GB of bandwidth in 10 days and the speed now is what you get. This is shit!. The support as usual does not respond despite repeated emails to produce me the itemized statement of my usage.
