I have opted for one of the premium quarterly plans and have already paid the amount but my internet connection is down and it is not up to mark.
Worst part is, when you call customer care, they tell you that - when power supply of server is down then customer complaint cannot be lodged. Then I asked with them what should customer do in this case. They said go to regional office and see yourself what is the issue and lodge the complaint with them.
Even if you manage to somehow lodge the complaint, it does not get addressed though you personally take daily follow-ups.
Ultimately you have already prepaid the money for future 3 months and you do not get the service for desired period.
You will end up blaming yourself once you buy Hathway internet service or its plans.
So, do not get fooled by their up time claims or attractive unlimited plans. They all are useless if you do not get internet regularly.
I do not recommend hathway broadband internet service to anyone.
