I personally used the hathway broadband on my home, so I know how it is was. hathway broadband is just wasting of time and money. the speed claimed on the website is fake. the claimed speed is only for when you got new connection, after using it about a month, the speed regularly fluctuating, and when I call customer care, they said they are working on it. the speed is so poor. the reliability is also very poor, disconnects every time. when you call customer care, they send client but it takes about many hours even a day, very poor service. it is very poor network.
