I used hathway broadband service for almost 10 months now and its just a horrible experience for me and when my subscription is over i'm gonna switched it out.Im gonna tell you my experience.As I say earlier that I have this connection for almost 10 months in this time I faced lots and lots of problem.It has the worst internet speed and I pay for 50 MBPS connection and not even get 2 MBPS .In night like 7 PM to 10 PM I have no connection regularly when I call service provider they tell to call operator and when I call operator they tell to call service provider.Its a very horrible experience for me.
The connection promise is a cheat for me and they dont gave you the proper speed where they paid for.The service is very bad and also the support as I tell earlier they dont respond your complain or they just ignore your complain.you just file a complain regularly and they just tell you that if your issue is solve then tell us if that did not report another.
