Hathway - hate to hear this name... it NEVER works and if it every works, it will stop before you complete the transaction on the internet.
You will really need a lot of patience if you have already paid for this Hathway service. Technical support number will be always busy and the only technical thing that they can check - "Is your modem switched on?" Is anyone so dumb to switch off modem and call support?
If you still be patient and answer their stupid questions, they will ask you which area you belong to and then say that signal is weak in this area!!! Never seen such a poor service and dial up connection is what I have resorted to now. They use broken junk TV cable to provide internet service and the internet cable is all laid in the open and tied to lamp posts. Airtel is much more consistent but costly. So there are hardly any choice here...
