Very poor service. Review on Hathway Broadband

If you go for hathway. Forget about its usage

Very poor connectivity and if some problem plz dont complain to customer care they will not listen to you

Take a week leave then only you can solve the issue

They are just name for internet no connectivity

If you subscribe for a year like me you will acce only a month

Go for airtel

I complained about my internet connectivity issue on 4 th july 2016 . Customer care people told me that they have some issue they will solvo it within 24 working hours( means 3 days 8 working hours per day). The issue remains unsolved till july 12 2016. Engineer will visit only during working hours 9 to 6:30. If you are doing job forget abot internet or take a week leave to solve the issue. On 12 july I called again and registered complained no. 17330737. No hathway representative contracted me. No one visited to solve issue. Problem still same today on24 th july I again registered a complaint(No: 17419340). Lets hope I will be able to use hathway internet.

I am thinking to switch to airtel plz give feedback
