Have Hathway broadband connection in Bangalore Last month I got renewed my connection for 3 months. From then I am not able to connect to internet, on calling to customer care I was told about some server problem, initially they assured that it will get resolved in 1-2 day. Now every time customer care people say it will get resolved in next 4 hours.
But till now I dint get my connection up and running. I had made at least 20 calls. Making each call is itself a huge effort it takes at least 30 mins to get connected as most of the time Number is busy, and once connected I had give same details again and again. It’s difficult to understand what type of Customer care service they provide. Every time Customer care people give false assurance. It seems nobody is bothered about customers’ problem.
And because of these false assurances I was not able to proceed further with my tasks for which I was totally dependent on Internet. Because of their unprofessional behavior I was totally frustrate at last conclusion is1> I have been cheated by Hathway people; they took money in advance for the service, which they are no more providing me.
They are mentally harassing me by giving me false assurances. I am loosing my work because of Hathway, and these people are not serious about others time as well as work. They don’t have ethic values at all. most horrible service, repeated server failure, slow speed, no connectivity, worst service many complaints given but no proper service no response, sales executives are very rude on telephones, cannot contact any higher official for lodging our grievances, we are helpless, god saves the hath way customers never recommend for anybody check our records for the numbers of complaints given till now.
Please try to improve your services or otherwise you may have close your services that is the opinion of many hath way broadband users in Bangalore I am feed up of complaining now .I am planning to change over to airtel broadband shortly As hath way cable internet user since last 8 months , I have to inform my other friends and readers of this page the ground realities and they never commit any mistake of going for hath way cable broadband connection.,
