From Last 5 Months I Have Been Struggling With The Poor Network Of MTNL I Had Installed It 7 Months Back During Starting Days It Works Fine After That It Started Giving Me Trouble And One Day I Got An Pamplet Of HATHWAY BROADBAND Which Claims High Speed Internet All The Plans Are Mentioned In It And At Low Price If Compared It Other Broadband Though I Was Planning To Change The Connection So I Called At HATHWAY CONTACT NUMBER They Had Told Me That RouterOf My Existing Connection Will Remain The Same If I Want While The Wiring And Phone Will Be Changed They Told Me That They Will Send Their Executive Who Make The Form Filled And Clear My Query Regarding Plans.

~ After 1 Hour An Executive Camed He Told Me That Beside The Plan Which I Choose The Cost For Wiring Phone And Installation Charge Will Be RS 1200 I Had Shown Him The Pamplet Which Shows Clearly That There Is No Charge For ROUTER OR INSTALLATION But He Said That This Offer Is Only For Few Days And Now It Is Overed I Had Seen All The 7 Plans They Offer Starting Plan From RS 524 Which Called As NEO 1024 In Which They Give 1MBPS UPTO 3GB After That 256 KBPS While The Download And Upload Will Be Unlimited. In The Second PANTAWAY PLAN RS 624 They Offer 5MBPS Of Speed Upto 5GB Then 64KBPS In This Downloading Limit Is 5GB And Uploading Is Unlimited, In Third GO 2 LIT PLAN RS 624 The Speed Is 2 MBPS UPTO 5 GB Then 256 KBPS While Downloading And Uploading Will Remain Unlimited In It All This Three Plan Comes With One Month Of Validity.

~ The Fourth ULTRA 512 PLAN Is For Rs 1225 With 3 Months Of Validity And Comes With 512 KBPS SPEED Unlimited UPLOADING And Downloading The Fifth FLASH 2 LITE Plan Is For Rs 1875 With 3 Months Of Validity And Comes With 2 MBPS Speed Upto 27GB Then 600 KBPS While The Sixth Plan FLASH 2 MAX Is For Rs 2175 Which Offers 2MBPS Speed Upto 48GB Then 600 KBPS And Lastly Fifth Plan Is FLASH 2 LITE Is For Rs 3350 In Which It Offers 2MBPS Upto 55GB Post 600 KBPS With 6 MONTHS OF VALIDITY.

~ I Had Choosen GO 2 LIT PLAN And Paid Rs 624 For The Plan And 1200 For Installation They Had Took 2 To 3 Hours In Installation And Told Me That Within Few Hours It Will Get Activated And Walk Out But Hole Day Has Passed Away But It WasNot Get Activated Next Day I Called In The Morning To Know The Status But They Didn'T Picked The Call Finally I Went To HATHWAY Office And Then Again They Make Same Excuse That Within One Hour It Will Got Activated On Its Own And Finally It Got Activated In The Evening, The Speed Of The Internet Is Very Poor It Constantly Remains Flactuating Due To Which It Takes 1 To 2 Minute In Loading The Content Properly And After I Had Used It One Day I Found That Its Of No Use As I Can'T Be Able To Browse Anything Properly So Keeping Expectations That It Will Download The Content Smoothly Is Simply Useless.

~ My HATHWAY CONNECTION Plan Claims 2MBPS Of Speed While In Reality It Gives Speed In KBPS, Also Its Internet Gets Turned Off On Its Own And Error Display NO NETWORK I Had ComplainT AbouT It To The Customer Service They Had Camed At My House To Check It And The Executive Herself Told Me That Network Is Flactuating They Told Me To Replace Old Router With Advance With Double Signal Booster I Had Given My Old Router And Paid Rs 1200 And They Had Changed My Router But Still Only Minor Increase In Speed Raises.

~ The Executive Told Me That We Cannot Raise More Speed Than It I Had Measured The Speed It Around 784 KBPS I Had Immediately Told Her To Take It Back But He Refuses And Told Me That Talk About It In Office I Will Told My Seniors Regarding The Problem But Rest Is In Their Hands I Went To HATHWAY Office With Executive He Told The Seniors Regarding Network Problem I Told Them To Give My Deposit Back As I Don't Wont To Suffered In Trouble And That There Look After That Their Connection Is Not Be Able To Give Stable Connection And Speed But They Refuse To Give Any Amount Back Only 8 Days Has Passed Away After Installing It And I Had Hardly Used Maximum 200 MB But Still They Refuses To Gave Money Back Or Nor Giving Any Solution Regarding Problem.

At The Same MomenT I Had Decided That I Will Not Use It Like That So I Had Returned The Router Back And I Get The 90% Of ROUTER Amount While They Didn'T Give My Monthly Plan Amount Of RS 624 Or RS 1200 Of Installation I Will Never Recommend Anyone To Install HATHWAY CONNECTION The Speed Of The Internet Is Too Slow Most Of The Time It Displays Under Maintenance Error Or No Network Beside Slow Uploading It Can Do Anything, Downloading The Content Is Almost Impossible The Customer Servic Make Fake Promises Their Service Is Worst They Make Customer Fool With Impressing Pamplets, Boards Displaying Their Lousy Plans And Instead Of Giving Any Resolution To Existing Customers There Focuses Is Only In Grabbing Money.
