Hathway Broadband provides very attractive plans in comparison to other service providers in Hyderabad. Hathway holds a PAN India ISP license and is the first cable television services provider to offer broadband Internet services. The other direct competitor to hathway in Hyderabad is Beam Act but their plans aren't cheap either. I have been using Hathway broadband since last one year. I have subscribed to 50 Mbps plan with 70 GB downgrade limit at the price of rupees 4560 for 6 months.
They provide different plans according to the needs of different individuals. The best part about them is in compensation to their competitors their plan rates are very cheaper. But keep in mind cheap plans means you will have to bear with their almost dead customer service. Once you take a connection there is no service issues you are lucky and you will love Hathway, but once you come across any issues only god can help you. Connectivity is very good except few drops on the weekend days and unfortunately those are the days I use the internet services most.
Conclusion.
You will say when I had these many problems and knew about their worst customer services why I didn't opt for other service providers. Yes I am coming to that point guys believe me Hathway is as good as any other premium service provider if you don't come across any issues and to be frank throughout the year I hardly came across service issues. Besides their cheap plans with super speed is what I really care. I would indeed suggest anyone who isn't always on the go with regard to Connectivity
