I started using this service in mid march. the high speed data plans caught my eye.
Although the plans were costly, I thought if the speed is as good as it says then it is all good. to my surprise once the whole connection and setup was done, it worked well for a day or two and then the server started facing problems, the ping got worse.
it took lots of time to load simplest of sites. with the time the speed got bad to worse.
the consumer helpline is of no help at all.
the reason why you should not opt for hathway are.:-
costly.
speed is not as good as it says.
gets worse with time.
the availability of the service is limited.
consumer help response is not good.
there are much better networks and internet service providers available in the market.
