Hathway provides Fiber cable up to the home and provides fiber modem without any rentals. The promised speed is 150 Mbps yet you will get 180 - 250 Mbps at times. But when people at your home use YouTube or WhatsApp video call you will face the poorest speed in other connected devices.
I have raised a complaint regarding this, however, no one at Hathway cared about it. On frustration, I called the customer care and asked for disconnection so that they will show some show some seriousness in attending the complaints. But the customer care executive hasn't asked anything about why I am asking for disconnection and immediately took the request.
These people are not serious in providing a quality service, their aim is just to get some new customers. This is not the right way of providing service to a customer. Hathway has to show at least some professionalism.
And the Android application is just a piece of crap. It will show only errors and will not allow the customers to book any service request.
