I had taken Hathway Broadband for my personal use and I m paying 3 months advance payment. initially it is ok.No issue with me.
They frequently remind to pay the amount even though I paid advance. All my settings were reset and could not access VPN etc.
I have been calling them and writing mails but the response from them is very poor and nobody is interested. When I escalate the issue to nodal officer,
the speed also decreasing day by day. at the begging I downloaded the movie in 20 mins but now it takes around 4 to 5 hours.
they came after I gave the complaint, but they took 10 days to respond my complaint.they given a phathetic reasons for problems I faced.
