I live at Narayan peth in pune. Two years before I have been leaving in sadashiv peth where that time I looked for new internet broadband. I called Hathway service provider and within an hour their agent was at my doorstep. He explained me the best plans they are providing in my locality at ordinary prices. I had selected plan which will hopefully allow 10mbps unlimited internet at two thousand and some hundreds.
it was me who insisted my friends to choose this broadband( I dont remember why) .
At the time of buying their plan he( agent) was very gentle and talking humble. He asked for payment only by cash and full payment at a time.
Once we did payment he told us to contact them if got with any problem.
Soon after two three days speed was decreasing and it was our fate using this broadband. Sometime we even couldnt fill exam form using internet.
To resolve this speed issue we called them, the told us that they will resolve our problem in next 24hrs.
After two days I called them again and he said sorry, we resolve it in next 24-48hrs.
After a week I called them again and he didnt even reply my call.Again I called him from new mobile number that time he said it is technical problem you may call to customer support.
I called customer support and their answer was the same every time. That 24hrs never came and we never experienced 10mbps speed.
They did this to us till our subscription ends. One week before our subscription ends internet speed increased by normal. This was just inducement to force you to buy their new plan.
Confessing our fate, we quit using hathway broadbrand.
ITS CRAP
At the end I would suggest you to not go with hathway broadband.just read for others
