I got my broadband service recharged three days before expiry ie.20th of oct. But its 26th today and I got to know that my pack has not yet been activated.To get the complaint registered we asked for a senior executive to note down a complaint which was denied since they preferred going for lunch.
I would say this showed such a pathetic behaviour of dealing a customer. Hope the issue is been taken care of after this complaint on mouthshut.
