If you are even thinking about getting a Hathway Broadband connection, please forget it.
The company is run by a set of goons who will not entertain any complaint whatsoever. Their customer care will even mock you, and sometimes abuse you too. Noteworthy is that, their customer care will only talk to you if you are prospective customer. The day you have made a payment, they will start treating you like you're a burden.
After the services are up(if at all), there are no broadband customer care number at all.
Check-Mate. You can'f file complaints only. Just go to hell. The service is down? Wire is cutoff? Router got shut down? No one cares.
