Can you believe there is no way you can temporarily disconnect service with Hathway? Just submitted for permanent disconnection. They also took more than 10 days for installation - totally useless Hathway broadband services and I wonder how do they survive in the market and compete with the likes of ACT? God save Hathway customers...
