Though on paper I have a connection of 50mbps from Hathway Broadband but its never consistent for me.
Each week someday or other specially on weekend it chokes and even normal site like gmail cries to open.
For people like us who mainly use their internet on weekends, its annoying and irritating. Even the website that they recommend to test the internet speed fails to open.
I had to call them once or twice every week for the issues.
They will simply create a complain ticket and close them in 24 hours. Sometimes issue will be resolved and sometimes not.
If issue is resolved then after few days again you will face the same issue or a new one.
If you are looking to get an internet connection in Bangalore, go for some other alternate Avoid Hathway Broadband.
