I have installed the hathway set top box for cable TV services. Trust me the service and transmission is so poor that we could not watch TV for more than 4 days in a row. The users of the entire area were affected due to their fault which they could not rectify. The customer care service is very poor and they ask us to call their local cable guys to rectify the problem even if it is a problem from their side.When we call these cable guys the never pick up their phones and if they do by any chance they only make false assurances. Inspite of complaining several times they never respond and from a customer perspective you are deprived of a service to which you are paying on a monthly basis.
The situation is going from bad to worst as their analog systems were equally bad. There is clear mismanagement and no coordination between hathway and their franchises. They only know to collect the money on time for their useless service. Some of their authorities are so shameless that they get angry and hurl verbal abuses on us. I am now fed up with this kind of service and am thinking to switch over to some other service provider.
Please do not go for this service and be a victim like us . You will be in pain and your money will go down the drain.
