I wanted to write this review after going thru all other reviews as my experience wrt Hathway has been very different.I wanted to opt for a 24hr broadband connection with no cap for download limit. I was able to shortlist SIFY and Hathway. But went for Hathway as few of my friends have opted for the same (SIFY's downtime is pathetic, my other friend has the same in the nearby area)I tried calling their customer care (one provided on their website: https://hathway.com/bci/callus.htm ). They never got back to me with the feasibility check. I called their sales representative (my friend gave his number). My friend stays in the very next main road. So drawing the cable from his place to mine was not an issue. Sales rep. collected the cheque and the form.Cabling was done within 4 days. As there was a shortage of cable modems, it took two more days for me to get logged on. Engineers are really good. Customer Care was very pro-active, their turn around time was very less. I donno Y they were so lazy regarding the feasibility check.Even during heavy rains network doesn't go down. As for as my experience goes, uptime is more than 85%.I stay in Vijayanagar (Bangalore). I have opted for 'FREEWAY' package (6 months prepaid, unlimited download, 24hr access, 256kbps, Rs.4900+Rs.500 registration + VAT).

But here is the wisdom for you...
Never ever go for hathway...
My honeymoon with Hathway ended in about 30 days... Every month connection was down for at least 7 days...
Customer care never registered my complain properly. I had to visit its office in kalyannagar personally and speak to the manager to get my problems solved. but everything was temporary... only the downtime was permanent.
After an year of putting up with bad service, I decided to switch to Airtel broadband.
Man! the difference is huge. It has been 2 months. 100% uptime... fabulous customer service...
Hathway SUCKS!!!!!
