Hathway cables should be renamed as disaster through cable. They are the most ruthless, unprofessional lot one could possible encounter.
Their tariff changes every month and no valid explanation given. If they cannot convince you they will confuse you.
Their services have gone from bad to worst after they have gone online wherein you have to call their call centre and raise your ticket. This is a cumbersome exercise wherein you have to repeat your name, address and what not each time you contact them in the name of verification purpose.
The channels get changed or blocked according to their whims and fancies and one has to go through the call centre to rectify it.
At this rate they will lose out terribly to airtel, Tatasky, videocon or DTH.
