I am using hathway broadband sevice from 1 yr, I live in howrah, from last two month hathway internet speed is very slow their downloading speed in 100 kbps and they promise to give speed of 10mbps, and their charge is also very high as compared to other broadband service provider, their customer care service is also not good.
