Hathway is one of the worst internet service provider of Mumbai. Yeah, it is cheap if you want unlimited plans but what's the use if your internet is not working 2 days a week.
When your internet is down and you contact customer Care, they say they will resolve the issue in an hour. Trust me they are very weak at watching time. The issue will continue for minimum 5-6 hours and if you're more lucky then even whole day.
If you visit there office, you have to wait minimum for an hour to talk to them. And the answer will be same that your issue will be resolved in an hour.
They seem customers are fool. We changed our connection to world net. Show them power of customer.!
