Awful service on the firsthand
Huge waiting lines on the phone
Called 2 hrs back and had to wait for 40 mins only to know that there is a problem in the area.
At night, nobody picks up and I waste a 100 bucks waiting.
The guy on the line wouldn't speak properly. Cannot understand his English or Hindi. The service is by far the worst, probably the worst compared to any other contemporary in the whole city. Speed and connection are okay but hardly work. I recently bought their new package with free wifi router, 4MBPS with 4GB
I downloaded a movie of 700 MB and the next day I come to know the speed has been downgraded. How awful could the service possibly get. The worst part about it: I was on an office video call at 11:45 PM
The call automatically shut and I had to login to hathway site - login.hathway.com
This is a part of the new hathway login based system, it was highly frustrating. Happens every time it automatically shut off and tell the user to login to their database again to activate their internet services.
While I'm downloading files on my phone( through wifi) it shut off . The whole download goes for a toss
I have to activate the services by logging in to their site. While I'm gaming on multiplayer mode and I have the highest score, the connection automatically goes off and I have to go to my laptop and go to their site to login and reactivate the internet services.
Without this problem i'd rate hathway a decent 2.5/5 but because me and many other people are facing this problem I would say 1/5
hope some official read this post. Extremely Poor. Hathway broadband services Not recommended at all. Now, I changed to. A 5 mbps plan I was guaranteed 13GB limit per month but my speed is downgraded to 26KBPS!( JUST AFTER DOWNLOADING A FRIKKIN MOVIE!)
Hathway broadband is the worst on the planet
I am defintely going to change it
PATHETIC.
Goes to show, companies like these will always bring down the level of services in the country.
