Hathway is very affordable but only thing that makes it worst is its customer service, because they are not more informative and I'm always paying more than required and this is happening always. The Hathway website is so bad and they are not update regularly, the stuff in it is so old, it would be great if they keep the website updated and post some new offer. Also the site doesn't have a chat support but its competitor Act broadband does where people can interact without any call charges. Also Hathway Broadband doesn't have a facility to login from another place with our login ID where ACT Broadband does. Other than this the cost, affordability, fiber network are really great than others. And the amount of FUP Data is more, in fact it is double. I would recommend it but only'cause of its cost and affordability.
