Very poor service and un-professional staff. Review on Harsh Hospital - Allahabad

I started visiting Harsh Hospital when my wife got pregnant. I used to go there to meet Dr Chitra Pandey during my wife's pregnancy.

Firstly let me clarify Dr. Mukul Pandey who is a neurosurgeon himself owns the hospital is husband to Dr Chitra Pandey who is a gyno and an obstetrician.

Before I start with my experience of the hospital, let me state that during all the 9 months of pregnancy of my wife she was under Dr Chitra Pandey treatment and care, and in the end, my wife finally gave birth to a healthy baby boy through a C-Section, which was least expected since day 1.

From day 1 was not very fond of harsh hospital or doctor Chitra, however, I only went there because it was very close and easily accessible from my place. As I keep travelling due to official work and I never wanted to leave my family and wife helpless when required.

Staff at Harsh Hospital is very unprofessional and un-cooperative. They do not know even the basic procedures to start with. They only insist patients to purchase medicines from medical store in Hospital. Even the ward boy and housekeeping staff keeps asking for Tips and favour. Infrastucture vise hospital is very poor. Basic features like televisons, phone etc are not even available in a private ward. There is so much of noise and disturbance all around the day that even a healthy person would get tired and sick. There is no canteen or even a snacks shop in campus.

It's really very unpleasant enviroment all around the hospital. I would never suggest any one to go there.
