Hello people,
the 6th book was good compared to the 5th.but contrary to what people may think I dont think that snape is a death eater,you see I think rowling is waiting to surprise us in the 7th book.let me tell you why I think so,first of all right from the beginning dumbledore has been projected as getting weaker and older(with the blackened hand and decreased reflexes),secondly after he drinks the green liquid to get the horcrux he almost dies.now if you note properly there are sentences like''he clutched his chest'' etc. etc. and anyway why does he have to freeze harry and lose his wand he could have easily took on malfoy and then on the others.now, I think when snape arrives and dumbledore pleads with him, he is actually asking snape to kill him(snape is a very good leglimens and so is dumbledore),so they communicate via occlumency. dumbledore knows that he is weak and going to die anyway so he asks snape to do it ,so now snape becomes a hero among the death eaters and gains the trust of voldermort and now he can infiltrate further and help the order or harry to kill voldermort.
some other things in my favour would be: when harry chases snape and aims spells at him why does snape keep deflecting them, why doesnt he just stupefy him or something like that.and furthermore if snape were a deatheater it would make dumbledore(the greatest wizard ever) look like an idiot and I dont think rowling herself or anyone else would want that. think about it

NO.1 - I THINK HE COULD BE REGULUS SIRIUSES BROTHER.FIRST OF ALL ,HE HAS AN UNCLE NAMED ALPHARD(5TH BOOK IN THE BLACK FAMILY TREE) HE COULD BE NAMED AFTER HIM I.E. REGULUS ALPHARD BLACK(R.A.B).REGULUS WAS A DEATH EATER WHO TURNS TO THE GOOD SIDE AND ONLY DEATH EATERS CALL VOLDERMORT THE DARK LORD.HE WAS ALSO A MEMBER OF THE SLUG CLUB SO HE COULD HAVE LEARNT ABOUT THE HORCRUXES FROM SLUGHORN.IN THE 5TH BOOK WHILE CLEANING 12 GRIMMAULD PLACE AN UNOPENABLE LOCKET IS FOUND ,I THINK IT COULD BE THE REAL HORCRUX.I THINK HE GOES TO THE CAVE WITH KREACHER(ACCORDING TO DUMBLEDORE YOU NEED 2 PERSONS TO GET THE HORCRUX).ALSO REMEMBER THAT KREACHER KEEPS TAKING AND HIDING FAMILY HEIRLOOMS.
NO.2- I THINK IT COULD BE SLOUGHORN HIMSELF,BUT R.A.B DOESNT FIT(MAYBE HE HAS A NICKNAME) AND IT IS A LITTLE FAR FETCHED.
SO IF ANY OF YOU HAVE ANY COMMENTS OR THEORIES I WOULD BE GLAD TO KNOW
