Wowzah!![Updated]. Review on Harry Potter and The Half-Blood Prince - J K Rowling

JK Rowling has surpassed herself. Never has any book enthralled me so much. The Harry Potter series has indeed entertained us.Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince is actually a build-up for the seventh and the last book in the series. The sixth book mainly reveals the facts of Voldemort's life, a summary of which is as follows:

Tom Marvolo Riddle[Voldemort]was born to Merope Gaunt[a witch] and Tom Riddle[Muggle]. Merope, who bewitched Tom into falling in love with her, was deserted by him on becoming aware of the truth. Voldemort was born in an orphanage where he performed various acts of cruelty. After joining Hogwarts, on Dumbledore's invitation, he grew up in the wizarding atmosphere where he initiated many fellow-mates into becoming what are called Death-Eaters[his followers]. He delved into the deepest dark arts and underwent so many transformations that he became barely recognisable as the handsome, clever Tom Riddle who was once the Head Boy at school. He made seven horcruxes of himself [ A horcrux is an object in which a part of the soul can be stored by performing the supreme act of violence 'killing']. One is destroyed by Harry in The Chamber of Secrets[ Riddle's Diary] and the second [ Salazar Slytherin's ring] which is destroyed by Dumbledore in the course of the story.

Thus, in order that Voldemort be killed, all the horcruxes must be first be destroyed and the last part of soul which resides in his body.

The book also brings Harry and Ginny together, romantically. There are also hints of a Hermione&Ron and a Neville&Luna[maybe] romance.

Draco Malfoy becomes Death - Eater; his mission is to kill Dumbledore and the saddest part is that Albus Dumbledore dies in an attempt to destroy another horcrux.

THe SUSPENSE: Severus Snape turns out to be a DEATH-EATER who is still in cahoots with Voldemort. He is the half-blood prince and he kills Dumbledore in the end.

I have also received some information about the seventh book which is in progress. I don't how much of this is true, but the facts are intriguing all the same.

# Hermione becomes head-mistress of Hogwarts.

# Ronald Weasley becomes an Auror

# Harry's eyes have a major role to play in finishing off Voldemort.

# There will be more deaths

# Voldemort captures Fred and George Weasley; Harry can save only only one of them. He chooses to save Fred. George's body also helps him in killing Voldemort.

# The fact whether Harry will die or not is still unclear. Rumour is that Harry dies in the end because he realises that he has a part of Voldemort inside him [When Voldemort tried to kill him, he put a part of himself inside Harry unknowingly] and the only way to kill Voldemort completely is to die himself.

These facts are from an interview given by one of lead actors in the Harry Potter movies, says my source. I repeat, I donot know how much of it is true, I have personally not been able to get hold of that interview. Hope you enjoy reading it anyway.
