Hi to all whoever is planning to travel to Harihareshwar and booking their stay in harihareshwar Beach Resort Hotel:
Please do not make mistake of that :
Me, my kids, my family visited Harihareshwar on Saturday 4th November, 2011 and booked our room in Harihareshwar Beach Resort Hotel.
It was our worst worst worst experience.
Drive from Mumbai to Harihareshwar which is at the dead end takes more than 7hrs.
Raods are very bad, scary, not advised to drive after 6 pm to morning 7 am.
The beach is so filthy with shittt all over that you can’t even think of stepping and walking down the beach.
The temple Harihareshwar is not so great. We have better and best temples in Mumbai.
We had booked Harihareshwar Beach Resort hotel room which was expensive not worth too, not clean and dusty, food charges were all separate and expensive and not so good, heard that its famous for seafood is all bullshit coz the fish served in harihareshwar beach resort hotel was stale n smelly…. Workers, waiters working there are all dumb and deaf …. All child labour is going on.CHILD LABOUR IS A BIGGEST CRIME...... Kids below 10years are serving and working ….
The owner of Harihareshwar Hotel sitting in the reception with short curly hair, told us her name as Reshma but real name was Sangeta… was so artificial, her movements were like a poisonous snake, her husband and brother in law or both her husband god only knows who they were all were so artificial, not warm n treatment was all bad given by them… rate on phone was something elese , we had booked AC room and when we checked in their room rates increased they took extra money saying and giving excuse room is big and we landed in NON AC room.
There were other guest in other rooms who were complaing of no water after so many complaints the owner was acting dumb.... Reshma or Sangeeta , the short hair lady in the reception was too sickkkk n disgusting behaviour was giving deaf ears to all.......No one bothered... No ligts in the rooms. and no waterrr... Hotel took all the payment in cash, n tthen gave the room and then they were like leave or die…. They did not care.. They got their money and finish their job is over… In fact they wanted us to leave the same day to earn more money by putting some other people there in the room… Its was really a very bad way of dealing with customers…. No Hotel treats you like this…
Eeven the local people over there are all so sick n not warm to anyone… Sick rowdy types…
The best advice is not to waste your time, holiday and money and go to such places… Please avoid going there and alone never take risk on such deserted places…
