Haridwar is one of the most holy place in India. Last year I went to haridwar with my full family in month of April and it was the wonderful experience. The best part of this place is that it is very economical hotels and rooms are very cheap whole family can stay there for two days in less than 5000 rs. In evening the there is the arti of ganga river. Its a very big arti.
Whole river is covered with the floating diya which makes the whole envionment very beautiful. From haridwar there rope way to temple mansa devi. The journey through rope way to masa devi is superb. Its a very good place to plan a trip with family.
