Hello friends, I'm here for you. Now I'm going to share my new experience with haptik app. As we know that it's a new app in the field of online payment system.They deal with you through live chat. If you face any problem then they will raise your problem.


Please see the attached screenshot in which you will be able to see my order id, date and refunded amount as a proof.


I installed it on 27th October. And I did a recharge my jio number on 28th October at 8am from haptik. As you know, that time one offer was available that if you use your Amazon pay balance as payment in haptik then you will get Rs. 100 Cashback within 3days. So I decided to recharge my jio number.


First Two attempts it was showing that your recharge has been failed. I told one of its Executive that i'm facing some problem. They said try once again. I tried and they said your number has been successfully recharged. But I haven't got my recharge on my jio number. They said it would take 24hrs to recharge. I said ok.


But after 24hrs, I didn't get my recharge. So I asked once again. He said wait for another 24 hrs. I said what the hell is this. If you can't do a recharge then refund my money. He said sorry sir we can't refund till it fails. He said this problem is not from our side, I called to jio customer care. They said we haven't received any payment from haptik . I told them whole my issue. He said sorry sir we can't help regarding this.I was shocked that time. I again asked haptik customer executive that my recharge is still pending from 2 days. But you didn't take any action on it. He again said that wait another 24hrs.


I took a step ahead. I took screenshots of my recharge and chats. I mailed them 3times but not respond from it. So I went to fb official page and write my issue and attached all the screenshots and posted on each and every fb page post of Haptik on 31 oct 2017 . After it , they called me within 30 min. And asked my issue and I told him whole the issue. He asked me my registered number. I told him .


You will really shock, what happened that time. He said sorry sir, the problem is in our system and your recharge was failed. I asked about my refund. He said surely it will be credited to your Amazon account. He said me that you problem has been solve then please sir remove all the screenshots which you posted on our official page. I said what about my 4 days in which you harass me. He said we really sorry for that. I said ok but I will never use your app and never refer to anyone. He said please sir try it once again. Now our system is ok. I said you have to take responsibility. Business is not a joke. Your customer service is very poor . I tried to contact you from last 4 days. He said sorry for that sir.


Finally I said I will delete all the screenshots after the cut phone. And I cut my phone. That's it.
