Recently I visited pune and I booked a ticket in hans travels from indore, I booked a/c sleeper with lcd and toilet which amounted INR 900/- .Though, there were other sleeper coach buses from hans travels with different rates like a/c sleeper with LCD and toilet (inr 1100), volvo a/c sleeper with LCD and toilet (inr 1250) & Multi Axle volvo a/c sleeper with lcd and toilet (inr 1500) etc..
The first three hours went fine, a/c was working properly and air pressure in both a/c valves was good until our bus stopped in a hotel so that the passengers could have their dinner. After 30 mins bus started to cover its route, but the real problem starts now. the a/c wasn't working with full power. The air pressure in both valves was too low as a result I started to sweat. I complained them for around 7 times whole night but the driver and conductor were unresponsive and after sometime they said they cant do anything with this problem and you have to adjust with this. Many passengers complained for this problem too, but there was no response from their side. None of individual LCD was working, their was no toilet in the bus as written on their website.
Finally we reached our destination 3 hours late as mentioned on their website but personally I think that this 'HANS TRAVELS' is a fraud company, they are in the market only for money , not any services. And also their Drivers , Conductors and attendants are so ill mannered that they does not think of speaking ridiculous things to customers. I personally recommend everyone to stay away from this travel company or checkout their services before booking a ticket in their bus..
