Spoke abt beauty now abt???


Human strength …..Let’s talk abt physical fitness…..well “health is well alls well”


…. feeling the mild sun touching your face, penetrating your glass windows and imbuing thro curtains……smelling the fresh scent of morning fog, breathing the sweet , pure clean air …lazily opening your eyes to see all that been created is for you to enjoy. How good it sounds ….yes we are privileges to enjoy all this …..But IT GOES UN NOTICED until we suddenly feel weak and ill……physical fitness is key to mental fitness…being devoid of disease is in itself a strength


Now …mental sickness. Energy…   rather mental energy is highly complex…this doesn’t only create a set back but also dims you physically.


.Causes are many ….remedies...None...


Then how do we face it!! How to we identify how to be stress relieved…..


Humor, new activity, doing something you have been wanting to do for long …speaking it out to your friend. sharing with people who mean so much to you….writing it down on a piece of paper…..crying it out loud……all this sounds good ..but does it work …..it may for a few …for the rest nothing changes…..that’s how difficult it is to deal with the mental sickness ….gradually people start living with the stress and get used its course and it hardly matters for them……


The other way out to get your mental sickness running is VOICING out to the people concerned ….changing the course of action that has been troubling you for so long….change the natures road and leave a new trail Tell your self …your mind that you are not going to deprive yourself of the luxury of being stable and happy……take a decision (what you feel is positive for you) a bold one …and as long as you stand for it …..It is a good decision .then people start accepting what you have done is right …..And that is when you are at peace …


A total state of bliss...Where you win over the so called MENTAL sickness
