Depression is the most prevalent of all the emotion disorders.This may vary from feelings of slight sadness to utter misery and dejection.It brings together a variety of physical and physiological symptoms which together constitute a syndrome.


Depression is one of the most unpleasant experience a person can endure.Suicide is the major step in extreme cases of depression.


It feels like it happened with me just yesterday though it's been almost 6th months now since this incident took place.It was Friendship's day and we had arranged a party in our class since it was our last year in college.that day I was responsibe for the foodstuff and other things etc.I had taken a camera so that day becomes the most memorable day of my life.and it was the first day that I carried my new cell to the college.and that day only I had bought this new purse which I had purchased very recently.well to cut a long story short.it so happened that me and my friends went upto the auditorium as their was a party goin on by the P.G students.we thought of checkin it out.I left my purse in the class thinkin that all are my classmates and friens and no one would dare to steal it.but I was'WRONG'.that was the biggest mistake that I had done and I was out for only about 5 minutes.and when I came back.it was gone.till that time many girls had left the class.and on questioning with the the girls they were like they didnt see any one takin it.


The worst part is that no outsiders had come during that time.so it was 100% some one from my class only!The result was that I ended up crying and didn't come to college for about a week because I was very depressed by the fact that one of my friends only stole it.that was it!It made me feel soo bad that I didn't trust my frinds any more at all ad the whole world looked very bad to me.then finally my mom and dad supported me a lot and they helped me in coming over it.I really Thank my Parents for it.


So after coming over it I thought I would also share what all I used to do at that time.since my aunt is a doctor she gave me some really good advices on that.she used to tell me take up decorating, or do some or the other activity because according to her'those who are depressed will forget their misery by doing something.they should turn away from themselves and should consider other's'


Exercise also plays an important role in the treatment of depression.It not only keeps the body physically and mentally fit but also provides recreation and mental relaxation.it is natures best tranquiliser.
