Yes, I was the unfortunate lady customer who went for my second service for the Honda Brio. The car's second service apparently was a paid one, when I was told it would be free at the time it was sold to me. I still agreed and drove to the service centre for service. After doing the checkups and regular audit of my car, I requested the service advisor for a drop at my residence. He was extremely rude to me and told me that no way they would provide drop for people who have brought their cars. I explained that that is a service they provide, then he agreed to arrange a drop. He later called at 6pm to confirm my drop at 8.30pm. Later, the driver calls me and says that he would drop it at 9.30 to 10pm or otherwise tomorrow. He even asked me why I needed the car tonight.
Look at the audacity, of these people who have taken my car and are supposed to provide a service.
I immediately called to request that they keep my car so that I can pick it up personally.
The service advisor was rude enough to say that they would close the shop at that time.
They basically held me to ransom with my car.
I wish I could take them to court, but I have no energy to deal with these people.
