It was my first experience shopping on haldirams website and definitley the last time! There are so many other shopping websites in India that are delivering rakhi with sweets ON TIME. But I went with them thinking that it's a big name and assuming it to be reliable.MY BIG MISTAKE. I had placed an order on 3rd Aug and recived an e-mail that I'll be updated about the progress but no mail after that.
The sweets box should have reached on rakhi and that was the whole purpose of ordering it. It never reached and till now there is no e-mail. I have filled the online form too last week but no reply. The phone number that was in the email+91-8527192300 and the one on website 011-47685219, both are not working.all efforts in vain. I have been trying these numbers from last few days everyday but no one picks them up. It's been 11 days now and no update at all.
