Hair is an integral part of ones appearance and no one in their right frame of mind can ignore this fact.Hair maintenance is an art.It is not that you need to have long hair to give you an appealing look.Even with short hair you can get that'Neighbours Envy, Owners Pride Look'.One should take care of your hair in all the seasons BE IT SUMMER OR WINTER.Below are some of the tips to take care of your hair for summer.


1.It is very important to keep your hair clean. or else it would be a home for dandruff and .eventually hairfall!This is specially so during summer season, when it is moist and sweaty and hair tends to absorb all that and become sweaty and limp.In such cases wash .your hair.remember a CLEAN scalp is a HEALTHY SCALP.


Use a mild shampoo such as Jhonsons Baby Shampoo its good for the hair and can be used everyday!


I go to the gym regularly so my hair becomes sweaty and sticky.As a result I literally have to wash my hair eveyday and with this shampoo its not harsh on my hair, except that with long hair the consumption is huge.and the shampoo is pretty expensive!


2.To avoid the chemical build up, cleanse your hair with a different shampoo after approximately 10-12 washes.Clariols Herbal Essence has a very special clarifying shampoo to remove build up caused by your regular shampoo.Remember, that your hair keeps changing, so please don't stick to one shampoo just because you once felt it suited to you!


Desi Remedy:


1 tblsp castor oil combined with 1 tblsp honey and egg yolk massaged onto the sclap before rinsing is therapeutic on damaged hair due to harsh sunlight!


3.Conditioning is valuable for dry, brittle, or damaged hair especially for people who use blow driers extensively.Watching your hair closely is the only way to determine whether or not a conditioner is required. 5.Put extra nourishemnent:

6.Drink 10-12 glasse of water every day.


7.A high protein diet with plenty of fruits, green vegetables and dairy products is a must.Spinach or palak is very good for hair.U should eat palak daily.


8.Brush your hair regualry.Give your hair a 100 strokes every night with a wide toothed brush before your head touches the pillow!You need to get the circulation going into your scalp!


9.Avoid Colour & Perming.Regular Hair trimming:


I have rarely streaked my hair but would strongly recommend anyone not to get into such artificial thing.I have seen a lot of people regretting after perming and colouring their hair.But if you wish to then please use branded ones!
