My Haier gyeser is not working. Based on the above complaint engineer visited on 13.11.18 and said that inlet outlet pipes had to be replaced. He said that these have to be procured directly from Haier and may take one or two days. It is almost 8 days now, no progress. The pipes have not been replaced.
It is cold in Gurgaon and the temperature is dipping on daily basis. We are facing utmost difficulties without the geyser. In such circumstances I have called Haier helpline as well as the Gurgaon service centre. But to no avail.
I can't believe such a big company would offer such terrible service. This so harassive and we are falling ill because of lack of hot water. Please not that geyser is not a luxury now but a necessity. Plus I am in a city - not a remote place. I am shocked that it could so long to change some very basic parts such as pipes! The engineer committed 2 days max - what about that?
Will never ever buy any Haier item. Complete frauds!
