I am very dissatisfied by the performance of the product as either its quality is bad or its not installed properly. The technician was in much hurry even during the installation. Collected so many charges other than installation, like charges for pipe, for stand and kept talking on phone about next installation visit. After 1 day of usage of product, complaints were there. The entire outdoor unit was leaking badly and water was all falling on cars parked below. When I called him in morning, he said he will visit but till late afternoon he did not turn up so I called again and he said I should call the company customer care. Even after reporting to customer care, no calls received. Again when I called at night, 8 p.m. I was shared the service center number. The number went unanswered. I again called the customer care center to inform about this and he said service center closes at 6 p.m. and only tomorrow I can call. This all seems so contradictory to the claims made by these companies. They collect so huge money in the name of brands, even we consumers pay the brands thinking that we will get the service, but on real ground the truth is far different. Still unresolved. Very bad experience with Haeir. Matches can be played but service cannot be given as it they need to photosynthesize and need sun. Pathetic excuse. Unprofessional.
