Purchased split AC Haier this year 2022 April, on installation day only I realized my mistake.
. They dont have dediated service centers or service like LG, Panasonic and others.
. Given contract to third party vendors. No point to escalate.
They have not followed the guidelines of company, many things come with your AC like vibration caps, outdoor stand 6 fastenuts and material to fill holes, check water level, covering of all three pipes with white tape, are useless for them .
they just charge you and interested for the extra material not coming in the box .
they will not give the information of AC features and ask you for demo complaint.
They dont come in Haier uniform and mask. Have zero courtesy
better to go with running brand in market
Company provided 1+4 comprehensive warranty but no one is interested to tell you the terms and conditions for it.
