I recently purchased a Haier Split AC 1.5 Ton for my bedroom, and I have to say that I am quite disappointed with my purchase. The installation process was extremely hectic and time-consuming, and I had to hire extra help to get the job done. The promised delivery date was delayed, and I had to wait an additional two weeks to get my AC up and running.
The AC unit itself is rather noisy, and I can hear it from the other side of the house. It has a low-quality build, and I can actually feel the vibration when it is running, which is quite annoying. The air-flow is not as strong as I expected and it doesn't cool my room as quickly as advertised.
Furthermore, the remote control is quite outdated and it has a limited range, so I have to be standing right next to the unit to change the settings. The air filters are also quite weak and they don't seem to be doing their job properly.
On top of all of this, the customer service is non-existent. I have sent emails and made phone calls to the company, but the only response I have received is an automated "thank you" message. I have not been able to get a hold on.
