Few year back I purchased "Bottom Mounted Refrigerator" of Haier. As a honest declaration the refrigerator it self is very good but the service of Haier customer care is too much poor. First of all no representative came to attend my request to guide me about new product, so after few days I started product without waiting them. Whatever they did at purchase time I just forgot, but after 5 years when I call the service centre for paid servicing they obviously came to attend and found that there need to change the door gaskate. So accordingly they claim few amount as advance for that with proper receipt. But 3 months over they did not delivered same. I complained so many time to their customer care and they agreed my problem but no solution till yet. Even now they are saying the third party who attended my service request has close their business and they will try to back my money.I am till waiting.
So my recommendation to avoid Haier product because if any problem occur at product you will not get any services.
