Wish to bring your kind attention to the details as under pertaining to two Hafele Magnus juicers bought from Splendour Solutions, Chennai, Tamilnadu, India :-

> 14AUG23 - Purchased two magnus juicers from Splendour Solutions, Chennai(Bill attached). One for use in Chennai and one for use in Bengaluru.

> 18AUG23 - Juicer used in Bengaluru - Please find attachment, wherein you may notice that part of the juicer has broken and the cleaning brush is of the poorest quality.


>


> While on this subject, please note that the above complaint was brought to the attention of Ms. Mithra of the Chennai Design Centre, Nungambakkam. Only then were informed that there is a day for demonstration of the said product. This information was not passed on to us when closing the sale by Mr, Yugendran of Splendour Solutions, which is not acceptable.


>


> We were then called for a demonstration at the Chennai design centre, where Mr. demonstrated on how to assemble to parts before using and also demonstrated procedure of taking coconut milk. On seeing the juicer that was used for demonstration, we noticed that the product and the cleaning brush were more sturdy than the ones sold to us.


>


> 23NOV23 - Please check photos of the broken part. We were informed that the same can be replaced at a cost of Rs.


>


> 03DEC23 - Juicer used in Chennai. Please check photo wherein the auger has cracked. Hafele claimed that we can throw a whole fruit, when the part has cracked for small pieces of coconut flesh. Looks like a false claim. Brought this damage to the attention of Mr. Yugendran, who raised a complaint with your customer service on the same day. Same was informed to Ms. Mithra too, who never responded till date.

> 11DEC23 - Received message from Hafele on my whatsapp number stating that my request has been closed even without attending to the complaint. Same has been communicated to Mr. Yugendran and

> Meanwhile Mr. Saravana Pradheep sent a message asking us to write to customer service on our concerns and that he will check with his service team.

> Received call from a technician asking for details of the complaint, which was given. Two days late another technician calls asking for the same details and informed someone will attend to the complaint. We are still awaiting the technician.

> 12DEC23 - Received message from customer service that the broken part can be replaced at a cost of Rs.7890/-. Why should I pay when the juicer has been hardly used and which is 4 months from the date of purchase?

> Please note that the juicer has been used for a maximum of 5 times to extract coconut milk and nothing else. It is four months since we purchased the product and the same is still under warranty. We do not understand how the most sturdiest part of the juicer can crack. It is nothing but obvious that we have been sold a defective product.

> We are writing this mail to bring to your notice on the poorest quality of the product sold to us alongwith the sequence of breakages and placing a kind request to take back your product and give us full refund.
