I had purchased the Pest Reject with offer of 1+ 1 by paying Rs 1800/- I received the product on Sat 9th June and I fixed one of the machine in my car portico - which is about 450 sq.ft, on sunday, since lot of cockroaches and rats infest in that area. On monday I see that machine is of no effect and the cockroaches continue to run around and the rats have made havoc of the car and plants in the portico.
I searched the package for any helpline nos or address. Nothing is printed in the package. I tried the web to search for contact nos and I found only your website with https://pestreject.com. There is no email id or address in that site except advertisements to sell. At last somewhere at the bottom I found one no 022-49177500 and have been constantly trying since monday evening.
I was able to connect to one of excecutive only today, June 12th, at 2.50 PM. After I explain my problem and seek refund, she refuses tor refund and claims 48 hours policy etc. This is sheer non-sense. The company has picked up new ways to cheat people of their hard earned money. If the ad states 100% money Guarnatee It is their business to refund the amount immediately if customer is not satisfied with the product. Or alternatively they must be available online for 24 hrs/ 7 days a week to accept our call.
The company is out to promote and sell the product which is dud one and by flashing advertisements in all social networks, draw people attention and hook them to buy. Service is Zero. Under the MRTP ACT this amounts to cheating and misleading the customer, which is punishable under law.
I now demand that my money be refunded. I demand that the company be forced to stop selling these machines in India.
