This is to complain that I have not received my prizes which I won in HTC Authentic Sound Facebook contest in March 2013. For the past 2 years I have sent countless reminders to your Facebook page, twitter account and through email also but all of them have been overlooked by your non-sensical staff.
HTC India's customer care is by far the most absurd I have come across till now. Why do you start these contests when you don't want to distribute those prizes? Kindly take note of my complaint this time around and despatch my long pending gratifications- HTC One M9 Plus smartphone, HTC One M9 smartphone, HTC One Max Tablet PC and other HTC merchandises/goodie bags- as an overcompensation for this unprofessional, arrogant, irresponsible, careless and high-handed attitude of your staff resulting in this unnecessary delay. Without trivialising this matter any further kindly send all of my prizes at the earliest. Waiting for your quick and positive response this time around.
