HTC HD7 may be a dream phone but could carried away if you blindly believe the sales rep as it does not give any accessories, not even the Pouch or additional battery. Though it is Windows7, I am even unable to open up MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint in my Email attachments as well as PDF files. Unlike to Windows Mobile 5, you dont have the data backup program or use a removable external storage chip for file sharing with your PC or any other device.(HTC must have blocked this due to cover up its own design faults). When contacted HTC helpdesk with a Ticket#, they simply suggest'to live with it' rather than solving the problem, if if you mention that the local agent is not trained to service you.
Since this is my first experience with HTC, I suggest others to be cautious about HTC Products and Helpdesk Services Rajeev_Vermacially in buying Windows Mobile. My best Phone was O2 XDAII and i-MATE which both companies are now out of operation, but their phones are still in operation due to spare parts availability and repair centers all over the town.
HTC HD7 is very good phone but not at all compatible for MS Windows as Windows Mobile5 or 6 used to be.
