My sister buy this HTC desire 820 mobile. The problem which her facing in that the sound option not working properly. If I unchecked it, phone vibrate when somebody recieves the call on the other side and if I check this option then also phone vibrates when somebody recieve the call on the other side. This problem is not call on the other side. This problem is not permanent. Sometime, it does not vibrate irrespective of the option checked or unchecked. And also please increase the battery life of you are giving just 2600 mah battery in a 5.5 inch phablet which is rediculous, either you increase the battery life or decrease the screen size to sy 5 inch, that would be great but don't you dare to decrease the battery side as it will again be the same problem.
if you increase the size you have to increase the battery life. And after one year hanging problem to show this mobile. So I request to solve this problem.
