I purchased htc desire 616 on 9 aug 2014 for 16k The Company provides 1 yr warranty. 1. In December 2014-earpiece dead, service center changed the earpiece and returned next day. 2. In Feburary 2015-earphone jack issue, service center changed the motherboard. 3. On 23 May 2015-battery swollen and informed the company to replace it.Registered complaint for swollen battery.15INCW23ENA000680 5 June 2015-Ms Saranya forwarded a request for replacement of the handset as it was third time there was a major problem in the internal part. She further informed that there is no need to submit the device at the service center and contact the company after 48 hours for update on the replacement request .TICKET ID NO: 15IND230012444. 8 June 2015-Ms ratnali informed that it is not possible to replace the handset and I need to submit the device at the service center.When I asked why it is not possible to replace the device she disconnected the call. 9 June 2015- submitted the phone at the BHOPAL service center, they said the battery will be replaced in a week. 15 June 2015-Service center: battery is out of stock even at the warehouse and it will take a week more.COMPANY:forwarded the complaint to a higher level and asked to contact after 48 hours. 18 June 2015 -SERVICE CENTER:battery is still out of stock and it will take 10 to 12 days more.COMPANY:Mr.JAYMEEN again forwarded a complaint to higher level and asked to contact after 48 hours.15INA240005673 I request you to get my handset replaced as all d major internal parts have got problem n changed by the company and there is not even a single scratch is there on the hardware of the device. Right now the set is at the service centre since 9th June 2015. The company n the service centre are neglecting my problem.
