I bought this phone with expectation that it will last at least one year. I bought it from mobile store south ex and they cross sold additional one year warranty. this was over and above one year warranty that phone offered.
It set the expectation that phone will last me for two productive years.
However, it conked off in in eight months. Since I had lost the bill, mobile store refused to repair it. Being windows phone it was not repaired by nearby shop. Neither HTC nor mobile store took ownership of customer experience. I decided to junk it and buy a blackberry 8320. (which is wonderful phone, but for its trackball)
My advise: do not buy this.
