I feel this review is:
On having a Rs 7/- short on maintaining an average quarterly balance an amount of Rs 750/-+tax was deducted from my account. The Customer Service Executive at the M.G.Rd Branch in Bangalore refused to reverse the entry and that was the last I dealt with HSBC. I closed the account then and there and swore never to deal with them again and am really satisfied with my decision. There are other better Pvt. Banks that are more customer oriented that I am currently dealing with rather than this Shylock Bank.
